1. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States (“U.S.”), a the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and including residents of U.S. military bases, who are authorized PartyLite Hosts or Consultants and who are at least 17 years of age or older ( ME residents must be 18 years of age or older) at the time of entry. Void in all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. This promotion is governed by US law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers and directors of PartyLite. (“Sponsor”), Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC (“Administrators”), Blyth Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each are not eligible to participate. Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in same household as employee.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: There will be four (4) Sweepstakes drawing periods plus one (1) end of promotion Grand Drawing; The Sweepstakes begins on or about Monday, February 1, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). LIMIT: One (1) automatic entry for each $250 or more February Show held, received and accepted by March 3, 2010 plus any qualified bonus entries. LIMIT: One (1) drawing prize per Host however the winning Host’s entry is still entered into the end of promotion Grand Drawing. A Consultant may win more than one prize in any drawing if more than one of their Shows is drawn. A Consultant may not win two (2) prizes if the in the selected entry the Host and Consultant is the same person. All entries received for a given drawing will be retained for subsequent drawings INCLUDING the end of promotion Grand Drawing.

It is the obligation of each winner to investigate all required documents and procedures required by the customs of the United States and Aruba in order to travel. All food, gratuities, taxes, incidental expenses, licenses, passports, registrations, fees or charges, and other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner and his or her guest. Any portion of an awarded prize that remains unclaimed or expires will become void.

ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZES NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNERS. Prizes are not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor. Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation. 5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: End of Promotion Grand Drawing to be conducted on or about March 8, 2010 and there will be four (4) additional drawings conducted on 2/9, 2/16, 2/23 and 3/8/2010. The potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner after reasonable effort, or if the potential winner fails to respond within five (5) days of first attempted notification, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. GENERAL: The potential winners of any prize valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of first attempted notification. In the event that any winner is under the age of 21, the winner’s parent or legal guardian (“Parent”) will need to co-sign the Affidavit. Any prize won by a minor will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian for the benefit of the minor. In the event of noncompliance, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. TERMINATION: If, for any reason, this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, random drawings to award the prizes will be conducted from eligible entries received up until the time of termination. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. 8. DISPUTES: This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Commonwealth of Massachusetts having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g. costs associated with entering), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
