D/B/A Party City, Party America, and Factory Card & Party Outlet (the “Sponsors”), COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (the “Judges”) and The Walt Disney Company, collectively (the “Promotion Entities”), and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, Franchisees, dealers, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, governors, employees, and agents, as well as their respective spouses, children, siblings, and all others residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. After you have submitted your registration, you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. Drawings & Winner Selection: A random Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, May 11, 2009 from all valid entries received. The Sweepstakes drawing will be under the control of the Judges whose decisions shall be final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing via phone, email, mail or express mail whichever is appropriate. Each time you return to play, you will be required to log-in utilizing your “e-mail address” and your game “password”. c) How to play the Online Instant Win Game:Each time you enter the game page, you will be offered the opportunity to play the LIVE YOUR POP STAR DREAM INSTANT WIN GAME. Utilizing your computer mouse curser, click on the volume controls where indicated and move the controls up one at a time. If you have a winning game play, you will be the winner of an Instant Prize, subject to verification of eligibility (see Rule #5). A winning game play message will advise winner when to anticipate the delivery of their prize.
