WEEKLY PRIZE DETAILS: Show Car Appearance: The Holiday Inn Show Car will come to any location (subject to availability) the Winner may choose. Show Car appearances can be scheduled for up to six (6) hours per appearance maximum. The Show Car driver will be on-site for the duration of the visit to answer any questions and hand out autographed cards (while supplies last). Please allow up to 4 months to fulfill this prize package. Winner cannot use the Show Car appearance for personal benefit such as charging to view the Show Car or bringing the Show Car to a charity event. Approval of Show Car location will be approved by the Sponsor and in its sole discretion. Additional Show Car Appearance terms and conditions: 1. Display hours are to be no more than 6 hours per day. For safety and insurance reasons, no one other than RCR personnel is allowed to get inside the racecar, nor shall car be moved or manipulated by anyone other than RCR personnel. 3. In the event of inclement weather, outside displays should have an alternate sheltered area prepared for the show car. 4. Prior to the show car’s arrival, the designated area should be clear and ready for the show car and transporter. 5. The size of the show car is 18’ X 7’. A 10’ X 20’ area will be needed for ideal spacing of the car. 6. RCR show car display includes: show car and Hero Cards. RCR show car driver will be responsible for set-up of the car, passing out Hero Cards and talking with the fans. Race tickets w/ Holiday Inn Hospitality: Winner and guest can spend race morning at the Holiday Inn Racing Hospitality chalet. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. Fans can take a tour of the pits or the garage (subject to availability). A driver or owner appearance will take place throughout the day (subject to availability). Winner and guest to receive one ticket each to the race (seating to be determined solely by the Sponsor). Winner can choose from list of races provided to winners. The drawings will be made from all entries received prior to 10 a.m. ET on the winning race date (see schedule above). Winners will be notified by mail and/or email.
